At Land Title we have title specialists in builder home sales, construction
loans, lot takedowns and land aquisitions. In addition to preparation of the
preliminary title commitment, our Builder Title Specialists also provide the
following services:
- On-line title ordering
- Electronic commitments and B2s
- Plat approval, signing, general overview, recording, etc
- Information binders prepared in conjunction with the plat approval
process for your convenience
- Recordings of plats, covenants and other related documents
- In-house servicing of Construction Loan Deeds of Trust (we can service
the note and record partial releases and/or live note releases)
- Copies of requirements and/or exceptions to the preliminary title work
available upon request
- Pick-up and delivery of contracts, title commitments, and other related
documents
- 0 & E - we can provide background information upon request for
prospective land acquisitions
Builder Closing Services
Our corporate office is centrally located in Cherry Creek. Additionally, Land
Title has branch offices throughout the metro area and regional offices and
agents across the state of Colorado. Land Title is proud to feature the
following closing services designed especially for our builder clients:
- Limited Agency agreements
- Master lien affidavits
- Earnest money deposits held in interest-bearing accounts
- Preprinted Warranty Deeds (for obtaining signatures prior to
closing)
